Christmas Fayre 2016
This year our annual Christmas Fayre was held on Thursday 1st December 2016. The weather was cool but dry and calm and we had more people attending than the last few years, an estimated 3500! There were carols on the Green performed by local schools, the Christmas Tree light switch-on, then the ever popular parade, which had a Pantomime Theme. Santa brought up the end one the parade and stopped half way up the High Street, for one of his elves to give him the letters from his Special Delivery Santa post box, previously located in Burnham Park Hall. There were lots of entertainers and music from several bands and loads of stalls selling food, drink, fun items and special presents. Santa spoke to many of the children. Thanks to all who helped to make this a great event.
