Europa Young Musician Competition

The Burnham Lions Club enjoyed seeing the young musician they sponsored progress well in the 2006 Lions Europa Young Musician Competition. We are currently seeking a young trombonist to sponsor in the 2009 competition with the district final to be held in February 2009 .

The set piece in the competition will be Eugène BOZZA (1905-1991): Ballade.The candidate must be no older than twenty three on the 1st January 2009.
